The experience was awesome. It would had been a great lose if I haven't stayed there. The places and rooms give 5 star feel and the food and the staffs were so great and polite and friendly which gave me an homely feeling. The food was really awesome. The view from my room was heavenly and I enjoyed a lot. My wife just conveyed to me while heading back that the staffs are the one that made me feel that it is my home because they treated me like their own mother and father . A big handsoff to the staff team who are there.

Awesome scenery from the resort. Rooms were well maintained. Room service was very good. We stayed in crown suite...it was too good. We had great time in the resort. Only the thing missing is no lift. Aged ppl feel difficult to climb stairs. So they can choose rooms in ground floor.

The stay at Shola Crown Resort was absolutely fabulous. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The view from the rooms were incredible, truly capturing what one would expect to see in Munnar.The infinity pool really enhances the vibe of the resort. Its amazing to swim around while admiring the view. However, due to the weather it can get rather cold.The food at the restaurant was pretty good. However, the service available at the restaurant was top-notch. The chef, manager and servers were all very attentive and mindful of guest preferences and requests.The General Manager Mr. Binu, and the others at the reception, were extremely helpful whenever we required anything; whether it was information about buses, or helping us book cabs and autos, they ensured we had a comfortable experience.All in all, highly recommend this resort! We had a wonderful time ♥️

For example, the breakfast spread could be better, as there were no fruits or juices available on the menu.
